If you're not satisfied with the quality of an item, it may be returned for a refund. We will refund the purchase price plus the shipping fee calculated as follows: 1st item returned $5.50 plus $1.25 for each additional item returned.
Please be specific as why the item is being returned. This helps us with quality control.
Items must be returned(postmarked) within 7 days of receipt. Items that have been abused or altered in any way can not be accepted for return.
If you wish to return an item for any reason besides damage/defect/inferior quality you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Carefully repack your order and ship back to us at Pickens Puzzles LLC, 11382 Big Canoe, Jasper, GA 30143-5108. If using UPS or FedEx also include 44 Sassafras Ridge in the address line. We recommend a ground service that provides tracking as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Please keep the shipment’s tracking info for your records.

Email maybe the fastest method of contact as we are often on the road at craft shows. We will advise on a refund or replacement. Please remember that all our puzzles are guaranteed to work! Your refund may take up to 3 weeks from the date of your return shipment.
